SC CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL, owner of the project INSTALLATION OF A FUEL TANK, informs the interested public that APM Galați has taken the screening decision without an environmental impact assessment, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project INSTALLATION OF A FUEL TANK, proposed to be located in Independența commune, Independența village, Cv 62, P576+577, lot 1/A/1/3 + lot 2 + lot 1, Galați County.
The draft screening decision and the reasons on which it is based can be consulted on the APM Galați website at http://apmgl.anpm.ro in the section: Reglementări – Acordul de mediu – Proiect decizie etapa de încadrare.
The interested public may submit comments/observations on the draft screening decision within 10 days of the notice being published on the APM Galați website, by e-mail at office@apmgl.anpm.ro or by fax at +40 236 471 009.
