CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L., owner of the project “Construction of a production hall and purchase of equipment for the development of the production activity of Cipsor Construct S.R.L.”, informs the interested public that D.J.M. Galați has taken the screening decision without an environmental impact assessment and has issued the revised Screening Decision no. 2270 of 20.11.2025, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “Construction of a production hall and purchase of equipment for the development of the production activity of Cipsor Construct S.R.L.”, proposed to be located in Independența commune, Independența village, 1F G-ral Eremia Grigorescu Street, Galați County (plot 62, parcel 576+577, lot 1/A/1/3 + lot 2 + lot 1, cadastral no. 112690).
The draft revised Screening Decision no. 2270 of 20.11.2025 and the reasons on which it is based can be consulted on the D.J.M. Galați website at https://djmgl.anmap.gov.ro/ in the section: Reglementări → Acordul de mediu → Proiect decizie etapă de încadrare.
