1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L., registered office at Str. Unirii nr. 69, Galați, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2004000629175, CUI 16382438 (“we”). You can contact us with any question about your data at info@cipsor.ro or by phone at 0236-334.075.
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so.
2. Visiting the website
When you access the website, the hosting server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, browser and operating system. We use this data only for the operation and security of the website (for example, to block abusive requests), on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify you and is deleted automatically after no more than 30 days, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
The website uses a security module that analyses traffic on the server in order to stop cyberattacks.
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server. We do not use web analytics services, marketing cookies or advertising cookies.
3. Contact form and e-mail
When you send us a message via the form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you, to prepare a quotation or to discuss a project.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for no more than 3 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.
4. WhatsApp and telephone
The WhatsApp button on the website is a simple link: no data is sent to WhatsApp until you use it. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited in accordance with its own privacy policy. We use data received via WhatsApp or by telephone only to reply to you.
5. Google Maps
No map is embedded on the contact page. The “Open in Google Maps” button takes you to the Google website; from there, data is processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
6. Who we share data with
Data may be accessed by our web hosting provider and our e-mail provider, acting as processors, solely in order to provide those services to us. We do not sell or rent data. We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies. You can find details in our Cookie policy.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, write to us at info@cipsor.ro; we will respond within one month at the latest.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal – ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and a server-side security module, to protect data against unauthorised access.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page.
