CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L., with its registered office at 69 Unirii Street, Galați Municipality, Galați County, as Beneficiary, announces the completion of the project “Sustainable development of CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L. through a productive investment” („Dezvoltarea durabilă a societății CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L. prin realizarea unei investiții productive”), SMIS code 317214, implemented since 16.09.2024.
The project was financed from the Sustainable Development and Just Transition Programme (PDDTJ), Just Transition Priorities (PTJ), Component: Investments in the development of SMEs supporting sustainable growth and job creation.

The project objectives were
- Expansion of the manufacture of metal structures for construction and their components, by equipping the company with 1 sheet-metal folding machine, 1 mechanical guillotine shear, 1 combination shear, 1 hydraulic press brake, 1 hydraulic plate-rolling machine, 3 overhead cranes, 1 automatic welding line, 1 automatic shot-blasting, painting and drying line (including with heat pumps) and 1 automatic cutting line;
- Measures to improve environmental quality and increase energy efficiency, by installing a photovoltaic system;
- Measures to make it easier for persons with disabilities to operate the equipment – 2 assistive devices: 1 portable video magnifier and 1 assistive text-zoom software;
- Creation of sustainable jobs by hiring 24 new employees, of whom at least 8 persons from a disadvantaged group and at least 8 persons coming from economic activities in an industry/economic sector directly affected by the transformation process in the context of the just transition process in the targeted territories;
- Training measures – induction, qualification, requalification, upskilling and specialisation, with national recognition, for the persons employed to fill the jobs newly created as a result of the investment – for 5 newly hired persons;
- Information and publicity measures to promote the project and the company and to ensure the project’s visibility.
