SC CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL, owner of the project “Expansion of the production activity of CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL”, informs the interested public that A.P.M. Galați has taken the screening decision without an environmental impact assessment, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “Expansion of the production activity of CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL”, proposed to be located in Independența commune, T62, P 576+577, lot 1/A/1/3 + lot 2 + lot 1, cadastral no. 102481, Galați County.
The draft screening decision and the reasons on which it is based can be consulted at http://apmgl.anpm.ro in the section: Reglementări → Acordul de mediu → Drafturi acte de reglementare → Proiect decizie etapă de încadrare 2024.
