“SC CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL, owner of the project “Construction of a car park and fencing, demolition of buildings C1, C2, C3, C4”, informs the interested public that A.P.M. Galați has taken the screening decision without an environmental impact assessment, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “Construction of a car park and fencing, demolition of buildings C1, C2, C3, C4”, proposed to be located in Galați municipality, Traian Street, Ștefan cel Mare no. 393B, no. 2, Galați County.
The draft screening decision and the reasons on which it is based can be consulted at the following internet address: http://apmgl-reglementari/acordul de mediu/proiect decizie etapa de încadrare. The interested public may submit comments/observations on the draft screening decision within 10 days of the notice being published on the A.P.M. Galați website, by e-mail at office@apmgl.anpm.ro or by fax at +40 236 471 009.”
