“S.C. CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L. informs the interested public that it has submitted a request for the revision of the Screening Decision revised by APM Galați, without an environmental impact assessment, within the environmental impact assessment procedure, for the project “Refunctionalisation and modernisation of the building (C1 and C2) for the proposed use as an office building with services and retail on the ground floor, addition of a partial storey to building C1 (B+GF+M+4F+5PF), demolition of annexes C3 and C4”, proposed to be located in Galați municipality, Galați County, 393 Traian Street.
The draft revised screening decision and the reasons on which it is based can be consulted on the A.P.M. Galați website at http://apmgl.anpm.ro Reglementări → Acordul de mediu → drafturi acte de reglementare → proiect decizie etapa de încadrare 2024.
The interested public may submit comments/observations on the draft screening decision within 10 days of the notice being published on the APM Galați website, by e-mail at: office@apmgl.anpm.ro”
