Full text of the notice
CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL and NDI MARKET SRL inform the interested public of the final decision of APM Galați to screen the Detailed Urban Plan STORAGE HALLS AND OFFICES, located in Galați municipality, 1L Lunca Siretului Street, Galați County, as not requiring an environmental assessment. The reasons on which this decision was based were:
– in accordance with Government Decision (H.G.) no. 1076/2004, art. 11, and taking into account the criteria for determining the potential significant effects set out in Annex 1 to the same legislative act, the implementation of the plan’s objectives does not present likely negative effects on the environmental factors or on the area in the vicinity of the studied site,
– the plan does not fall under art. 28 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 57/2007 on the regime of natural protected areas and the conservation of natural habitats, wild flora and fauna, approved with amendments and supplements by Law no. 49/2011, since the site is located outside natural protected areas of community interest.
