General objective<\/h3>\n

Strengthening the market position and increasing the production capacity of CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L. to respond to market challenges, by expanding its activity and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by developments in technologies for producing metal components.<\/p>\n

Specific objectives and expected results<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Expansion of the manufacture of metal structures for construction and their components<\/strong>, by equipping the company with 11 new machines: 1 sheet-metal folding machine, 1 mechanical guillotine shear, 1 combination shear, 1 hydraulic press brake, 1 hydraulic plate-rolling machine, 3 overhead cranes, 1 automatic welding line, 1 automatic shot-blasting, painting and drying line (including with heat pumps) and 1 automatic cutting line;<\/li>\n
  2. Measures to improve environmental quality and increase energy efficiency<\/strong>, by installing a photovoltaic system;<\/li>\n
  3. Measures to make it easier for persons with disabilities to operate the equipment<\/strong> \u2013 2 assistive devices: 1 portable video magnifier and 1 assistive text-zoom software;<\/li>\n
  4. Creation of sustainable jobs by hiring 24 new employees<\/strong>, of whom at least 8 (at least 30% of the total number of newly created jobs) will be persons from a disadvantaged group and at least 8 (at least 30%) will be persons coming from economic activities in an industry\/economic sector directly affected by the transformation process in the context of the just transition in the targeted territories, with a view to hiring at least one person with the necessary skills from the occupational category of plant and machine operators and assemblers;<\/li>\n
  5. Training measures<\/strong> \u2013 induction, qualification, requalification, upskilling and specialisation, with national recognition, for the persons employed in the jobs newly created as a result of the investment \u2013 for 5 newly hired persons;<\/li>\n
  6. Information and publicity measures<\/strong> to promote the project and the company and to ensure the project\u2019s visibility;<\/li>\n
  7. Strengthening the company\u2019s position<\/strong> on the metal fabrications market;<\/li>\n
  8. Improving the quality of the products<\/strong> manufactured at the end of the investment project, thanks to the high technological performance of the newly purchased machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
