Gala\u021bi: <a href=\"mailto:office@apmgl.anpm.ro\">office@apmgl.anpm.ro<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>Full text of the notice<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"cipsor-anunt\">\n<p>CIPSOR CONSTRUCT SRL informs the interested public of the decision of APM Gala\u021bi to screen the Detailed Urban Plan PRODUCTION \/ STORAGE HALLS AND EXTENSION OF BUILDING C7, located in Gala\u021bi County, Gala\u021bi municipality, 1L Lunca Siretului Street, as not requiring an environmental assessment.<\/p>\n<p>The reasons on which this decision was based were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in accordance with Government Decision (H.G.) no. 1076\/2004, art. 11, and taking into account the criteria for determining the potential significant effects set out in Annex 1 to the same legislative act, the implementation of the plan\u2019s objectives does not present likely negative effects on the environmental factors or on the area in the vicinity of the studied site,<\/li>\n<li>the plan does not fall under art. 28 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 57\/2007 on the regime of natural protected areas and the conservation of natural habitats, wild flora and fauna, approved with amendments and supplements by Law no. 49\/2011, since the site is located outside natural protected areas of community interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comments from the public will be received at APM Gala\u021bi by e-mail at office@apmgl.anpm.ro within 10 calendar days of the date of publication of the notice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Project owner contact details<\/h3>\n<p><strong>CIPSOR CONSTRUCT S.R.L.<\/strong><br \/>69 Unirii Street, Gala\u021bi, Gala\u021bi County, Romania<br \/>Tel. +40 236 334 075 \u00b7 Fax +40 336 811 505 \u00b7 E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@cipsor.ro\">info@cipsor.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A.P.M.
